WubenlightReviews of wubenlight.com

Ava helped me to resolve the issue.thank you Ava.

Good experience and the customer service is good, although their website isn't entirely accurate as to what emitter you'll be getting on your light.

Ava fue muy amable en ayudarme, tube varios problemas en la página que me impedía comprar los productos y el asistenteme ayudo a solicitar cada uno de ellos, es por eso que estoy feliz, gracias nuevamente

Super-cool flashlights, Great customer support, quick to respond and address concerns.

Ava from Wuben, responded promptly to my email. My issue was addressed with a link to what I needed. I promptly ordered a L50 tailcap I needed. I was so pleased with the response coming in so quickly. I highly recommend wuben flashlights, particularly the L50 for lightweight, rechargeable, bright little flashlights. I am an exterminator and draw my flashlight like a doctor uses a stethoscope!!! Very pleased 5 star support. Thanks Ava and Wuben !!!

This flashlight is amazing! it's crazy how much power they packed into such a small design.

I had a very weird issue with my X3 and was worried there would be no solution. Ava was very helpful and made sure to find a solution so I stayed a satisfied customer. She went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

Great rechargeable flashlight! It's super bright, the battery lasts forever, and it's a breeze to charge up. Perfect for camping or hiking!
