WTSmediaReviews of wtsmedia.com

I am in the process of completing my third order with WTS - and Mrs. Christi Bowen - and as always it has been fantastic. Great personal service over the phone and email. Packages arrive on time and in in great condition. I would - and will - use then again.

We have been using another supplier for years. They did a great job, but decided to retire from the business. THEY recommended that we contact WTS Media to do our DVD printing for us. We could not be more pleased with the personal service we receive from our rep Christy Bowen, and the quality work of the production team there. And the price is VERY fair and competitive. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great supplier.

WTS Media has always been very easy to work with, friendly, on-time (even early at times) and the customer service I have received from Christy and others has been awesome! They are truly a great company and I would highly recommend them!

I am the director of a company that specializes in early childhood music. We have a number of CDs that we use in our program. In our earlier days we had tried several other CD duplication companies but were not entirely satisfied. Somewhere around eight years ago we ran across WTS and decided to try them for our next run of CDs. We have been nothing but exceedingly pleased with this business relationship. Larry Russell is a stellar rep - turnaround time is speedy - and the finished product of the highest quality. ALL this at discount prices! I highly recommend this company for your duplication/replication needs and any of the other services offered by WTS.

I have been working with Larry Russell for almost 7 years and have nothing but praise for his ability and work ethic. I never worry about the product not meeting our standards and yes, he does move mountains from time to time to get product to us in a timely manner! I recommend WTS and Larry to everyone that is needing work in this arena. We will continue to rely on their prompt and professional work. Even the guys who load up DVDs in my car are helpful and kind. I can't say enough about the front-end girls either. Its a pleasure to visit WTS.

We needed a number of pricing and packaging scenarios to be provided, and Rick worked patiently with us to determine the best and most economical options to deliver to our client. He responded quickly (even when away from the office) and accomodated us professionally. In the end, our client was happy with the product (CDs) and the custom delivery that Rick provided. And we had no question in the quality of the drop shipped product (thanks to Rick's thoroughness), without having seen it first.

Rick Greene answered all our questions and guided us through the process with grace and sincerity. I felt he was on our team. Excellent service. Everything was/is great! Thank you for everything you did to facilitate the release of the new CD. Love working with you! I would recommend it to anyone!

WTS media has produced our products for 5 years now and I nothing but praise for them. Larry Russel has many times "moved mountains" to get us our product on time. Larry has worked on each of our projects with professionalism and I recommended him many times without reservation. I will use WTS 10 out of 10 times.
