WTSmediaReviews of wtsmedia.com

Consistently excellent customer service and production. Worry-free!

We produced an audio CD and would not hesitate to recommend WTS. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Their price points were much better than the other manufacturers we looked at and used before. For example we used Oasis in the past. Their price for 1000 cd's is currently $1079. The price for 500 cd's is only $100 less. We got 500 cd's from WTS for $515 including shipping. That is a big savings and significant to us as independent musicians. They don't do digital distribution or any marketing but that is pretty easy to do yourself nowadays. They even gave us some technical assistance with our artwork at no charge. We are very happy with the quality of the finished CD and would use them again.

My band has ordered 2 batches of CDs from WTS. Our sales rep Christy is always helpful, the printing & shipping is super fast. They have the best pricing on digipaks I've seen yet the quality of the product is amazing. Can't recommend them enough!

WTS and Larry Russell or in my opinion the best , have been using them for at least 15 years and they are the best company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with , hope Larry is around as long as I am .

I have dealt with WTS twice, and they are a pleasure to deal with. My account rep, Christy, was very helpful throughout the process both times. I highly recommend WTS's CD production and packaging service.

WTS is always helpful when I call. If I send an order it is sent right out. You can depend on them for good service.

I'm so grateful for WTS. Not only do they ensure costumer satisfaction with the services they offer, but they are extremely easy to correspond with. No matter what your needs are, WTS goes above and beyond.

I love working with WTS for all my cd duplication needs. They are quick at getting the orders done! The customer service is very friendly and they do what it takes to please their customers. I have been ordering my CDs from WTS for about 6 years and they have never let me down. The prices CANNOT be beat, I have went through the Internet and nothing comes close to their price & quality of work. My personal Rep Christy Bowen is a pleasure to work with. I do recommend this Company to all of my Recording Studio clients. WTS media is the only company that I'll use for my Cd Duplication. Give them a try and you'll be glad you did!
