WTSmedia worked for our band on price and turnaround time. It took a few days longer than we wanted, but we still got our CDs in time for our release. Our sales representative worked with us through emails and phone calls to get things worked out and corrected. The biggest Pro in my mind is that you are able to reach a real person by phone as well as email, but having the ability to talk with your personal sales rep. is a huge help in my mind. One thing to keep in mind when planning a CD release or having a deadline is that WTS has a Monday through Friday work week, so it is a good idea to compensate for that and get your project started sooner than later. Overall, our band is satisfied with the results.

We needed a number of pricing and packaging scenarios to be provided, and Rick worked patiently with us to determine the best and most economical options to deliver to our client. He responded quickly (even when away from the office) and accomodated us professionally. In the end, our client was happy with the product (CDs) and the custom delivery that Rick provided. And we had no question in the quality of the drop shipped product (thanks to Rick's thoroughness), without having seen it first.
