Only problem I had was a shipping error. I need the part in two days or less. I got it over a week later.
Response from WT FarleyJan 17, 2020
Thank you for you response Ken. We ship most orders the same day or next day by Fedex Ground shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. You did not request expedited shipping for your order. Your order was shipped the next day after it was received. It takes 3 business days to get to your location from our warehouse. It was delivered in 3 business days. Had we been informed that you needed it within 2 days we could have expedited the shipping.

I received a defective hose which I repaired with a hose clamp as one end wasn't crimped and I needed the hose for a patient. I called to let them know about it and they said they were sorry. There was no offer to replace the defective nitrous oxide hose. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Response from WT FarleyJan 17, 2020
Ronald, We're sorry that you had issues with the hose that you received. We always stand by our products and service and absolutely would have repaired or replaced the hose for you which should have been offered to you. We've taken note of your interaction with our customer service team and will continue to work hard to improve our services and meet your expectations. Kind Regards, WT Farley
