Lisa, Thank you for your response. When you placed your order for the cylinder bag we had just run out of stock. We indicated that the item was back ordered when we confirmed your order and we would ship it as soon as possible. We did ship the bag as soon as we were able to. We normally don't send updates about back ordered items unless we are asked to or are contacted by the customer about the status of their order. If we had received a status request about the order we would have been able to give you an approximate ship date. We will look into our procedures of informing customers about back orders so we can better serve our customers moving forward. Thanks you again for your support.
