Our initial purchase just wasn't exactly what our engineer (biomed) needed. He called spoke iwth Mike and they decided what he was really needing. They had us ship the items back and then notified me via email to just go on line and order what was actually needed and not to worry about filling in everything, that they would take care of that and use the informatoin we provided before to save us time. Within minutes, our new order was on it's way and the wrong parts had return info and on their way. This was a very good experience on how this company works with their customers and helps them get what they need, etc. Thank you so very much.
