Sharon, Thank you for your response and for your support. We're happy that you were able to find what you needed. We are a just-in-time company and most orders ship the same day or next day. However, the Equipment Pole and accessories that you ordered are currently out of stock and have to be manufactured. That process has already started and we expect to be able to ship your order by next Friday, Oct. 8 which is 9 business days from when the order was placed. If we can ship the order sooner we will.
