Hi Andy, I don't show you as being set up as a customer. I'm sorry that you found it difficult to order. What was the issue? We try to make our website as user friendly as possible. Some of the items such as the Medical Gas Hoses are configurable parts so you need to configure the hose in order to get the correct part number.
