Not worth and difficult to cancel
They sell a month subscription for $1 for two months and trick you. Unlike any other company or services they make it so difficult to cancel then take your money. Be very careful or I don’t recommend.

why do I have to lose 3 hours of my day to cancel an online magazine subscription? I will never consider subscribing again

They have made it completely impossible to cancel my subscription. They tell you to call, but I was waiting for decades to get through to the call center. The only viable solution i found found was to block my credit card and get a new card from the bank. I will definitely never ever sign up for WSJ again!

No doubt, they intentionally make it difficult to cancel the subscription but extremely easy to subscribe to. I thought I was in the 1990s that I could only process the cancellation through phonecalls. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SURE.

I hate the fact that after I cancelled my online subscription ahead of time, but I still get charge as usual. It is just a poor way of doing business.

Absolutely unacceptable: attempted to subscribe online to take advantage of their offer and the site would ask for my name and e-mail and password - and then would not recognize my password (even though I had never been a subscriber before). Trying Customer Service limited contact to three topics, none of them related to getting a subscription. Try to resolve things by phone routed me to the Philippines and a lady with an opaque accent and no knowledge of the WSJ's "deal". I gave up.

I signed up in response to a 'deal' in 2017, and found out after I signed up how much it actually will cost. I tried to cancel it according to the guidelines, but they did not accept them. Over the next 2 years, I found out it was the Wall Street Journal that continued to bill me over $40 a month, and they were using an email address connected to my account that did not exist - it was a typo! Now that this has officially been figured out, they refuse to refund me even close to a quarter amount of the money they took from me, using a false email! Tip for consumers: Their promotions are scams, and they will not acknowledge the cancellations from the receiver. They will use unproven emails for communication, and the bills on the credit account will use names that look like personal investments. User's recommendation: Avoid advertisements. Read the fine print - they will reject cancellations.

Just making money through the subscription plan. I subscribe to the magazine, and after unsubscription, still was charging for, till I check my credit card, while I unsubscribed through email. They said its not acceptable. You guys are making money for your self in this way. Not acceptable. Do not recommend to subscribe to this magazine at all.
