I was able to cancel the subscription by changing the billing address to a California address
Hi Folks! I was able to cancel the subscription by changing the billing address to a California address, after that I reload the pages and under the subscription panel there is an option to cancel. It worked for me, I live in Spain

The cancellation process is…
The cancellation process is horrifyingly challenging. They wonder why people don’t trust media... awful people working for an awful company. Seems pretty straightforward to me!

WSJ biz practices need to be investigated! Shame!
Impossible to cancel. I am going to dispute this on my credit card and have them reverse the charges. There is no place to cancel online-they make you call a number which is constantly busy. This is supposed to be the oracle of biz journalism and yet they

Predatory practices, Awful experience
I got the 2 month subscription for $1. Since I started with the service I noticed that there was no way to turn off the automatic renewal or to cancel from the customer service page. A few days before the billing day, I called the number and there was an automatic message saying that the service was not available during the weekend, which was very annoying. Then, I called Monday, but since it was Labor day the service was still not available. I even noticed that when I tried calling the number again it simply did not connect, as if they had blocked me. Today (Tuesday), I called to cancel, even though it was the billing day I was trying to avoid. I tried to call the free number (I have AT&T and I live in Mexico so calls in the NAFTA area are technically free for me), but it would not connect, as is they were trying to impede me from calling to cancel, even though it had connected before. I had to call the other number, which, apparently, generated a charge on my phone bill to cancel my subscription (the auto-renewal). I waited in line for a few minutes and then a woman answered. The sound quality of the call was terrible, I could barely understood what she was saying; a very confusing and frustrating call. Apparently, the auto-renewal is off, but I don't know if they will charge for the month ($4.99). I turned off my debit card, so they could´t charge me anything automatically , but who knows. A horrible, horrible customer experience, I don't think I would recommend anyone to get the a subscription. Use the library computer or somewhere that has access to the WSJ, but never buy the subscription. Good journalism, Predatory practices.

I don’t even know how they got my credit card, but like the others they have been charging me 38.99 a month without ever sending a monthly receipt, so I didn’t even catch it for 4 months.
And as mentioned they offer no refund, not even for the month they just charged for.
This puts WSJ right up there with the FB scammers.

Won't let you cancel
Need to call their service centre (no email or chat support) at a specific time and spend >30 minutes on the phone in order to cancel my automatically renewing subscription. This should be illegal.
