I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this plugin and the level of support provided. This is the third time I’ve faced an issue where the plugin license fails, making it impossible for customers to purchase gift cards on my website. The biggest problem is that there’s no way to detect this issue unless someone complains or you start questioning why there haven’t been any gift card sales for a while. The plugin doesn’t provide any warnings or notifications when the license stops working. I’ve contacted support twice before, and each time I was assured the problem would be resolved. However, the issue keeps recurring. This not only causes financial losses from missed sales but also damages customer trust in my business. For businesses that rely on reliable solutions, this level of service is unacceptable. If you care about your customers, I strongly recommend improving both the plugin’s functionality and implementing a notification system for such issues. As it stands, this service leaves a completely negative impression.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the repeated issues you’ve faced with the plugin and the inconvenience it has caused to your business. Your experience is far from the standard we aim to deliver. We understand how critical it is for your website to function flawlessly, especially when it involves sales and customer trust. The lack of notifications regarding the license issue is indeed a significant oversight, and we appreciate you highlighting it. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to improving both the reliability of the plugin and our support services.

I started working with this company and they were very responsive, but the plugin was pretty glitchy. I found a few issues that they needed to fix. The issues went on for weeks and I finally had to go with another solution because we could not get the membership + subscription to create a recurring charge that went on indefinitely. I finally had to go with another subscription and management solution because I was past the deadline for our client. When I went to request a refund and said that I appreciated their attempts, they made me write them multiple times to “prove my issues” even though I had dozens of emails and chats with their team. And even after I provided all the documentation, they said that they would not refund my money as long as they were still willing to correct the issues. I don’t have time to pay for a product and then spend upwards of 40 hours to help their team develop it to work properly, regardless of their willingness to fix problems. It’s worth it to pay for the Woocommerce alternatives for membership and subscriptions.
