This company is indigenous.
This company promotes itself as a reputable provider. I purchased their plugin a year ago for my WooCommerce store. Initially, it seemed to work fine, but when I reached the checkout page, it completely broke. After analyzing the issue, I discovered that the plugin was incompatible with Aramex Shipping. Despite numerous back-and-forths with their support team, they refused to issue a refund, even after acknowledging that their plugin did not work on my site. Instead, they suggested I contact Aramex to resolve the issue, which is clearly unreasonable.
Reluctantly, I accepted that the plugin was not going to work for me. However, on September 23, 2024, they charged me a renewal fee without any notice, even setting a customer subscription to "never" is indigenous. This is extremely frustrating. When I reached out to their chat support, I was told to send an email, and while they initially seemed willing to help, they quickly fell back on their refund policy, denying any compensation. It feels like they were just stringing me along until the refund period expired. Overall, their approach feels deceptive and untrustworthy.
To sum up, I purchased from this company, the product never worked, and I didn’t get my money back. Then, they charged an automatic renewal fee and deducted money from my account for a product I never used. When I contacted their support via chat, I was told that a renewal reminder had been sent. However, since I received the order confirmation from the same email address, it's clear that if a renewal reminder had been sent, I would have received it as well—making me question whether they were being truthful. Unless they can provide clear evidence of email logs showing the reminder was sent, their claim seems dubious. I have reported this issue to my bank and will be escalating it to Mastercard.
I will not recommend this company at all. It seems that the parent company associated with this company is CEDCOSS Technologies

Points and Rewards for WooCommerce is best free plugin for wordpress rewards! Thank you Gourahb for great customer service!
I'm using Points and Rewards for WooCommerce by WP Swings and from my research it was the most complete free points and rewards system for woocommerce.
Even while using a free version I got excellent customer service.
Gourahb helped me with some troubles due to a customization in "my account" page which was interfiring with the plugin.
All is fixed now!
