I like their solutions however their communications in emails or chat is not professional. They still need to learn the better way of communicating especially when they are dealing globally. However their product resolution is very good.

Staff are so rude, the plugin doesn't work with my website. No cart no payment options. They tried to blame me and tell me that I have done it wrong and its all my fault. DO NOT BUY any plugins from theses scammers.
