Plugins are not working as described. They give a cryptic description which not describes the actual functionality of the software they providing. Better look for an alternative when needing a wordpress plugin, other alternatives are cheaper and better

I had a very disappointing experience with this plugin. Initially, I spent a lot of time trying to set it up for my client, but we encountered so many issues and complexities that we eventually decided to abandon it altogether. Ultimately, we moved away from WordPress to a custom-built solution because the plugin didn’t meet our needs and was too difficult to configure. Fast forward a year later, after not using the plugin at all, I was unexpectedly billed for an automatic renewal – without any prior notice. When I tried to reach out to their support team through chat and email, I received no meaningful assistance or solution. It felt like no one was available to help me cancel or refund this unwanted charge. Now, I’m stuck paying for another year of a service that I don’t use and had already given up on. I would strongly caution anyone considering this plugin to be careful with the renewal process and to ensure you fully understand the support and setup options before committing. Unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating and costly experience.

Hello, We have reviewed your transaction details, and the payment deducted from your account was for the renewal of the Wallet for WooCommerce plugin. This charge occurred because your subscription was active at the time of renewal. Please note that renewal payments are automatically deducted from your account as long as your subscription remains active. To prevent future deductions, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account. Additionally, whenever you make a purchase, the subscription details are clearly indicated in the order confirmation email. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so from the 'My Account' section. Furthermore, we send a reminder email prior to the renewal date to keep you informed. We also want to highlight that our refund policy states that there are no refunds for subscription renewals. Thank you.

I installed WP Swings gift card plugin for our business and can't fault the support I received. Chatted with Ishant and the help was faultless, even though we only have a basic version, not the pro.

I recently had the opportunity to work with the WP Swings team, and I must say they excel in addressing user feedback. Initially, I faced some issues with JavaScript errors and PHP warnings in their Order Bump plugin. After some back and forth, the WP Swings team showed remarkable dedication to understanding the problem and, most importantly, resolving it. The errors I reported were fixed promptly, and their communication was clear and professional throughout the process. It’s rare to find a development team that truly listens to user concerns, but WP Swings is one of them. Highly recommend their work! I’m looking forward to the fixes being pushed in the next update. Warm regards from 🇷🇪, Ludovic
