Wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. Definitely flagrant false advertising by this company. Took my Cockerpoo exactly 7 minutes to dismember and remove stuffing. I want a refund not a replacement with an equally sub standard toy

I ordered the 4th of December and have NOT received my order. I emailed the customer service at least a half a dozen times and have not gotten 1 response. Tried to call a number of times the line is ALWAYS busy (probably people complaining). I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered😡

Do NOT buy here!! Didn’t receive torn trash toys for over a month. No response to any emails about delayed shipping nor returns.

Don’t buy here! Toys arrived after more than a month, they were already damaged upon arrival. Didn’t last for a minute before my dog tore it apart. Awful customer support

The stuffed animals didn't last 8 hours before getting destroyed. Now they won't respond to numerous request for replacement as they advertise.

Seen a BOGO offer from this company. So I picked 2 different toys for my dog. But I ended up getting charge for 2 toys. Not a BOGO at all. On thier website, it says that they will do a full refund within 24 hours of order. I sent 2 emails to the provided email to cancel. But no response. I did receive 2 items. Which was not a BOGO. My dog tore into the toy within 2 days. They also say on thier website/advertisement that if your dog breaks, tears, rips, or damages the toy they will replace for free. We'll see if thay happens.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent. Take money then don’t deliver and don’t respond! Have lodged a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back!

Ordered 1st December and took a long time to deliver but eventually arrived. No response to emails from company and tracking number didn’t work. Toys are as pictured
