Destroyed within minutes...avoid

I never received my order which was placed almost 3 weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping! I tried to contact them for an update and received no response. Emailed them to cancel my order and I've been getting their standard reply of "sorry your dog tore their toy; choose for the following as a replacement". I tried calling the number on their website, but it's not in service. DO NOT BUY!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF! What a scam!

"I wish I would have read the reviews"...this seems to be a common statement with this company. They took the money from my account and I still have yet to receive my order. I have messaged MULTIPLE times about an update and only get a blanket reply with NO help. I tried calling the number they list and it doesn't work. Lesson learned. Shame on them.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company. Ordered 2 toys on buy one get one free deal. Only received 2 toys and one was completely destroyed in under 30 minutes. Emailed and surprise surprise no response. Lesson learned!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered six different animal toys, got all the same animal! These toys are made for power chewers and supposed to be guaranteed, my dog had one destroyed in under three minutes. I gave another to my second dog, it came apart even faster. To make matter worse, I emailed them to send the other four toys back for reimbursement and they blocked my email!

Received a confirmation Dec 10 then no other correspondence. Phone number is not in service. Should have had Trust Pilot reviews in advance.

These toys are garbage and tear easily. Only took my dog half an hour. They are expensive and when you request a replacement as which is what the company touts, they totally ignore you. Absolutely terrible, non-existent customer service. If I had read the reviews I would never had considered buying. I found their ad on Facebook who have a history of allowing vendors which make false claims and sell inferior products, sell on their site. Avoid this company like the plague, BUY ELSEWHERE!

Toy ripped in 9 minutes. Terrible quality. Completely false advertising about replacing ripped toys. They charge you ($8) for shipping to get a different, even lower quality toy. Avoid this company at all costs.
