Wish I'd read reviews....my dog destroyed the allegedly tough toy within hours. Sending emails to them to complain as they expect you to pay £7.99 "shipping" to replace the toy 🙄 so it isn't free replacement at all. I'm getting the same "cut and paste" emails back from them and they're not acknowledging my complaint. Trading Standards being contacted...

Wife bought 2 of these for our sprocker puppy coz there "Durable". Decimated in exactly 40 seconds. Not exactly "ideal for tough chewers" Avoid at all cost.

Terrible dog toy. My 6 month puppy tore a hole in it after 4 hours. Reached out to company. No reply. Shame on me for not reading reviews.

Within 5 minutes the 1st toy was torn apart and stuffing everywhere. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY all 4 toys are falling apart

Don't do it!! My dog chewed through the duck in less than 20 minutes. I sent email as they claim "free replacement" but I haven't received a response back. Unacceptable!

If I could leave zero stars I would have. Avoid this scam of the indestructible toy that they will replace if it gets damaged. Well, within an hour of the toy giraffe arriving it had one ear torn off, within the next few hours it was torn limb from limb, it's inners ripped out and squeaker chewed. Yes, they will replace it however they want the cost of postal fees which they stated were $7.99, I'm from the UK or they will waiver that if you spend $30. Just to put how rubbish these items are our dog is a german wirehaired pointer who is 6 months old. Save your money, I will not be parting with £28 again.

After they sent a tracking number with no updates, I reached out concerned that this was a fraudulent site. There was never a response to emails and the phone number did not work. Ultimately, I did receive the dog toys. They were smaller than I expected, but I never actually looked at the specs. They were shredded in about 20 minutes. Poor quality for such big claims. Still no response to the emails.

Do not buy this crap! Pretty sure the business motto is sell $2 worth of Chinese stuff toys for $42 that any dog will destroy in less than ten minutes and then ship $2 more worth of toys to shut them up and then say we will only replace one time and perhaps you should try this other toy for your dog. Which is just as crap as the first one they sent. Completely garbage.
