Bought two calming ducks and the first was ripped to shreds within an hour. Saved second one for next day with within an hour the squeaker didn’t work. Waste of $40 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased because of the advertising “if they rip we will replace” Lasted 4 weeks and they have never returned my emails requesting a replacement. Complete scam. Don’t bother.

My dog tore this up in minutes. I’ve email customer service and no reply. DO NOT BUY from this company.

We bought two toys for our Westie for Christmas, who is renowned for ripping toys apart within minutes. We were very impressed as we got through to March before one succumbed to her efforts. We emailed Customer Services but got no reply but that was because we noticed their email address had changed. Once we sent the email to the right address we got a reply explaining our options for replacement. Yes, there is a postage charge but it's still cheaper than the cost of an equivalent toy. We also went for a mystery box for an additional £8, apparently worth £94. We shall wait to see if it lives up to expectations but as long as it's worth at least £8 we'll be happy. Some of these reviews are very negative but I have only had a positive experience.

Similar to many other buyers, my dogs chewed through both toys within seconds. I was so disappointed, and so were they when I had to take away the toys and throw them in the trash. To make matters worse, despite sending several emails, I have not heard back from this scam of a company. There is no use calling their phone number either, as there is always a busy tone.

They do not answer their phones or return emails. The toys were cheaply made stuffed animals that ripped apart in under an hour and I cannot reach anyone to get my money back as their website promises. This is a SCAM!! Do not buy!

Order got the toys no problem. I was thinking these are just like the ones I by from the pet store how are these not indusructble. 2 day later my dog pulled the squeaker out like she does with all her toys emailed 3 time with no response.

Like other here I ordered my dog toys, received them just fine but when one got ripped apart within 10 minutes I emailed customer service and got no response. The next day another one was destroyed so I emailed with pictures and still no response. I tried calling but the phone number is not in service. Needless to say I'm pissed. When you spend that much on dog toys they should last more than 10 minutes or the company should at least stand behind their guarantee! Guess I should've done some research before buying.
