I ordered a Worx grass trimmer and paid by PayPal. I did not receive a confirmation or order number from Worx so I attempted several times to contact Worx, no response. I opened a case with PayPal requesting a refund and have received nothing. Do not buy from Worx.

de oplaadbare schroevendraaier/boormachine valt nog best mee indien beperkt tot lichte klusjes. De apparaten voor tuinonderhoud (grasmaaier, haagschaar, kantmaaier) lopen lekker wanneer nieuw, doch na 3 jaar rijp voor de schroothoop. Prijstechnisch heb je dan gemiddeld veel betaald. Wegblijven is de boodschap.

Le produit acheté avec eux ne marche plus. Même sous garantie, l'entreprise te manipule pour ne jamais te rembourser. Ils ne répondent plus aux mails. Juste honteux. Attention à cette arnaque.

I've spent a lot of time selecting a lawnmower and decided on a Worx... until I read the warranty policy. No local service center, shipping costs paid by customer, etc... it's designed to minimize cost for the company, at the expense of the customer. With such a policy, once you buy the product, it becomes a disposable item, because it's expensive and inconvenient with long delays the minute something goes wrong. Sure, this policy can apply for a cheap disposable toaster, but not for a more expensive product. It's off my list now.

landroid mower, very expensive, total failure after only a few months. then repeated attempts to repair under warranty, with the unit returned each time either damaged or with new faults present. definetly some flaws in the designs, but the after sales service is just appaling given the high price of the products.
