My new mower suddenly stopped working and after troubleshooting online with worx representatives for 3 days warranty is void because the receipt was faded and difficult to read . I could read it but in the photo I sent they couldn't read it so my new mower lasted 2 months and now I'm stuck buying another mower obviously not worx related. Wir haben den Landroid Vision "cut to edge" angeschafft. "Cut to edge", als Rasenschnitt bis an die Kante macht er nicht einmal andeutungsweise. Er läßt immer locker 10cm Rasen stehen und man muss 1x die Woche nacharbeiten. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass er sich andauernd trotz eindeutiger Kanten, irgendwo von der Rasenfläche runterbewegt und festfährt. Da helfen auch die mitgelieferten Magnetstreifen nicht. Wenn man die gar etwas eingräbt, weil man ja die Streifen nicht immer sehen will, funktioniert es gleich gar nicht. Da fährt er unbeirtt drüber. Auch fand er die Ladestation oft nicht, obwohl er eine gute Zufahrt hatte. Inzwischen habe ich dort KUNSTRASEN verlegt, dann klappt es meistens ... Von einer 2ten Rasenfläche die durch eine gut 1m breite Zufahrt getrennt ist, findet er oft nicht zurück. Ein sehr enttäuschendes Produkt! Nicht zu empfehlen !

I have a new Worx mower WG751. The mower works fine but it is almost impossible to get the battery out. You need to hold the release button and try to pull it out. I have slender fingers but still cannot get my fingers along the sides to pull it out. Someone with big fingers could not possibly get the battery out. I do not understand how this machine got from the designers to the manufactures to the distributors. It should be recalled!!!!

Ça y est après 1 an et demi. Les outils worx que j'ai acheté lâchent les uns après les autres... (Taille haie, taille haie perche, tondeuse) L'assistance worx est lamentable, voilà bientôt 2 mois que j'essaie de faire valoir la garantie légale de conformité. Sans résultat. Les outils ne sont de base pas chers, mais un très mauvais investissement sur le long terme.

Worx.com is pretty much useless. All Worx batteries are out of stock. Ordering through this website is virtually impossible. Customer Service is of no existence. I am very disappointed with Worx although I own many of their products.

Promises extended warranty, but when trying to register the product it doesn't appear as a selectable product. Garbage system...

I have the nitro lawn mower. They do not stock any replacement parts as my blade is shot and am unable to get 1. Keep telling me it is 4 to 6 weeks out and it has been since june and keep hearing 4 to 6 weeks. They will never have replacement parts for their equipment.
