Extremely disappointed with WORX customer service. I purchased a tool as a gift, but it ended up being the wrong blade size. Because I missed their strict 30-day return window, they completely refused to accept the return—even though the tool is brand new, completely unopened, and still in the original box. I spoke to multiple representatives and was eventually given a number for the US corporate office. Nobody answers that line, and no one has returned my calls. Save yourself the hassle and buy your tools at Lowes or Home Depot instead; they actually accommodate their customers with reasonable return policies. Will not buy from WORX directly again.

Circa tre anni fa ho acquistato una sega elettrica Work mod.303 e da 2000 wat presso la ditta di giardinaggio Prealpina di Aqui Terme. Quel negozio aveva molti prodotti Work che i commessi osannavano come prodotti validissimi, ed io abulicamente ho creduto che fosse vero ed ho acquistato la sega elettrica pagata 129 euro in offerta promozionale per il giardino della casa che ho a Cremolino. L'utilizzo e stato scarsissimo e appena riutilizzata non funzionava per cui sono andato dal venditore Prealpina che non ha piu nessun prodotto Work e non e riuscita ad aiutarmi. Ho dovuto smontare la sega, scoprendo che la campana a cilindro in PLASTICA dentata aveva tutti i denti interni mangiati per cui non piu utilizabile. La Prealpina mi ha deluso per la sua incapacita' e peggio per Work che ha prodotti cinesi assolutamente non in linea con i prezzi richiesti. Sicuramente Work non esiste piu, non manchera' a nessuno visto che le ditte cinesi sono tante a buon mercato. Vittorio

I recently was given a work x weed wacker it seems every 2 years my break by the cover or guard.I called customer service and got no where I even sent photos of what broke.The guy who i talked to had no customer and could care less.So ill never by a work x product again.

I purchased a Worx lawn mower model 751.2. The mower has worked well, however, I can't say much good about the mower handle. From year 1, the handle started flaking paint. The mower was not ever kept outside. This rust started getting worse. I contacted Worx and they said there was nothing that they could do. This year, right after the warranty expired, the handle completely rusted through from under the handle cushion. Worx will not or cannot provide a repair part. I was not given any way to purchase a repair part. This situation has taken a well rated product to a poorly rated product.

J'ai acheté un robot tondeuse Worx vision cloud 4wd. Une vraie catastrophe. Une galère infâme pour faire la cartographie, une connexion wifi lamentable alors que j'ai un répéteur wifi à 2 mètres, les limites virtuelles de terrain sont franchies, le support en ligne me dit qu'il faut installer des bandes magnétiques de delimitation à 80 €, rien ne leur fait peur chez Worx ! Et maintenant l'appli est bloquée car à priori je la solliciterais de trop. On est sur une autre planète, c'est lunaire. Ce qui est bien concrèt, en tout cas, c'est que leur robot tondeuse est une vraie M....

WORX est une catastrophe ! La deuxième est de l'acheter chez Leroy Merlin. Vous n'aurez aucun retour clair, si on s'occupe de vous, et si quelqu'un a des infos ! Leroy Merlin vous retourne vers Worx alors qu'ils ont vendu et encaissé ! Personne au SAV, dauf à faire semblant !!! Ah oui, ce vendeur comme ce fabricant vous disent, sans sourciller ni reprendre : - Il vous faudra un répétiteur Wifi pour capter dans le jardin, ou bien acheter la nouvelle version "satellitaire". Idem ! - Le robot ne tond pas si l'herbe est jaune. Cool, prévoyez une autre tondeuse si besoin de tondre un gazon qui n'est pas anglais ! - Il faut parfaitement délimiter le terrain sinon il tourne en rond ! Bref, Leroy Merlin et Worx, même niveau sur les tondeuses, et sur le service ! Bref, une tondeuse achetée en octobre et rien ne fonctionne en juillet, pas même les SAV injoignables et incompétents. Ich hatte mich wirklich auf den Landroid M Vision 600 gefreut – die Beschreibung klang vielversprechend. Leider war’s ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Der Mäher steht mehr, als dass er fährt. Ständig irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen, mal erkennt er Grenzen nicht, mal bleibt er einfach irgendwo stehen. Updates, Neustarts, komplette Zurücksetzungen – nichts hilft dauerhaft. Ein Mähroboter soll Arbeit abnehmen, aber bei diesem Modell verbringt man mehr Zeit damit, ihn zu „retten“, als den Rasen einfach selbst zu mähen. Für ein Gerät dieser Preisklasse ist das wirklich enttäuschend. Fazit: Schöne Idee, leider miserabel umgesetzt. Ich würde den Landroid M Vision 600 auf keinen Fall noch einmal kaufen.

As for the tools, I understand they are more of a DIY type, and I am a contractor. I expect the quality to be lower. I gave 1 star because their customer service is nonexistent. I spent over $1000 on a robot lawnmower, and troubleshooting it is maddening. Many of the issues could be easily solved, but no one is listening to or interacting with me. I don’t know how to move forward besides leaving bad reviews and hoping someone will reach out and pay attention. I’d also like to point out that it is the most backward way in the world to have customer service. do nothing until it might affect your bottom line. Disgusting.
