Hey Ashanti, thanks for investing with us! We're happy that we can help you grow your savings. Please note, however, that we are not a bank so our bonds aren't FDIC insured. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] if you would like more information on our security model. :)

Do not put money in this worthy bond. Have had money "frozen" (unable to withdraw any amount) now for 4 years in this account. Truthy at this point i'm not sure ever will be able to get money back. Support team outlines no timeline or detail what efforts are being done. Just make sure if you do invest money, it is money you can afford to walk away from.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience of our redemption pause. Please note that recovery efforts are ongoing, and funds are being disbursed at the rate that liquidity becomes available to us. We have also entered into an unrelated asset sale with our parent company in an effort to cover outstanding funds owed, and are currently in conversation with the SEC to move forward with this alternative financing plan. Please feel free to reach out to us via our in-app chat, or at [email protected], for more information if you weren't aware of this and would like more information. Thank you for your patience in this matter; we know it's been a grueling wait, and we do not intend to halt our efforts until all affected bondholders are made whole.

I can’t believe they are still in business. I’m going through the same experience many others have described here. They have kept the money I invested over 4 years ago. I didn’t even know a company is allowed to do this for such a long time without being forced to default. I’m sure it is to get other people to invest in their company that don’t know about their financial troubles and continue their scam.

Hi Alex, We apologize for the continued inconvenience of our redemption pause. Unfortunately the portfolios our earlier offerings invested in supported small businesses in 2019 and 2020, many of which failed in the wake of the pandemic. This was an anomaly that we could not have anticipated. While designed to be fully liquid and redeemable, we do our best to be transparent about our investment product and the risk of illiquidity is outlined in our bond letter. These terms must be consented to by all customers upon purchase. That said, we are doing everything we can to make this right and will be forthcoming with updates. Thank you for your patience in this matter; we know it's been a grueling wait (we at Worthy can empathize--a number of us have our own funds tied up as well) and we do not intend to halt our efforts until all affected bondholders are made whole.

Do not invest in Worthy if you ever want to see your money again. Invested in the first tranche of bonds years ago based on the false claim you can withdraw your funds at any point. They froze payouts almost 2 years ago and now further lie and say they are paying people out regularly with zero evidence that is actually happening. These folks belong in prison. Nobody is buying the sob pandemic excuse in 2024! At least come up with a new lie to tell. I ran for the exit of the second tranche once the first tranche defaulted and so should you if you still can and don’t like to throw money in the toilet. Earning money you can never withdraw is useless.

Hi there, We apologize for the ongoing inconvenience caused by the redemption pause. Although there's little we can do to "prove" that recovery efforts are ongoing, with funds being disbursed as liquidity becomes available, we can say that we've disbursed roughly $2 million in delayed funds since the pause went into effect. In addition, we have initiated the sale of unrelated assets through our parent company to cover outstanding funds owed and are currently in discussions with the SEC to move forward this alternative financing plan. If you need more information or were not previously aware of these efforts, please reach out to us via our in-app chat or at [email protected]. The challenges faced by the small businesses we initially supported were unforeseen anomalies. Although our offerings were designed to be fully liquid and redeemable, we strive to be transparent about the potential risk of illiquidity, which is outlined in our bond documentation and agreed to by all customers upon purchase. Despite these challenges, we are committed to rectifying the situation and will keep you updated on our progress. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. We understand the frustration, as many of us at Worthy have our own funds tied up as well. Please know that we are dedicated to resolving this matter and will not stop until all affected bondholders are made whole.

The service Worthy provides itself is awesome, great return with the ability to sell early without much of a penalty. The bonds themselves are incredibly easy to market which is a credit to the Worthy team. I will say, having an app that doesn't even work (just takes you to an internet browser), and then a website that seems to have gotten a little more clunky than earlier versions is frustrating. All I would want in an app is being able to check balances, buy bonds, and track my interest, but it seems Worthy can't make that happen in an app. The website can technically do all those things, but it's just not as easy as it used to be which is disappointing. Overall, I still am a big fan, there's just room for improvement

Hey Andy, Thanks for your feedback, and for investing with us! We're glad to hear you're enjoying our product. Regarding the app, we hear you--we are still working towards this and will be thrilled to announce its deployment when the time comes. As I'm sure you've noticed, our platform and features have undergone some major changes over the past year, and is continuing to evolve. Our team has been working tirelessly to streamline the user experience for our customers (we can see how it might feel "clunky" right now). With that in mind, we are taking this opportunity to tweak our processes and smooth the ruffles before we construct the new app, as we still consider V2 to be in its early stages and want to ensure that our platform is up to par before we shift our focus to the app. :) We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and are always open to constructive criticism. Feel free to shoot us a message via our in-app chat support with any questions or ideas you might have.
