We had a problem with the measurements on one of our 3 rooms and the carpet that arrived could not be installed. However the store manager Sean acknowledged the error and assured us that the situation would be resolved quickly and a new carpet would be delivered and installed asap.

My sales person Peter, The best!! He helped us with pick out our floors and worked with the manager to get us the best price to fit our budget. The installation was excellent. They were polite, neat and did a fantastic job. We are so happy with our new floors. They turned out beautiful.i recommend world wide I also recommend asking for Peter at the edison location.

I needed new wood floors due to a flood I had in my home this winter .. I went to Worldwide since my original wood floors were purchased there .. I loved them (Brazilian Cherry) .. I was having problems settling with my Insurance Broker .. I did not agree with their quote .. I explained my concerns to Alex Vaynstein my sales person .. he was able to provide me with the original invoices from 11 years ago .. what I paid .. and what the same floors would cost me at the current price .. I sent the information to my Insurance company they agreed and I was able to settle .. Thanks to Alex I was able to get new floors for my home .. they were installed yesterday 8/26/15 .. I liked to thank the installers .. Marcio and his team for a job well done .. they were amazing .. Marcio called the night before to let me know what time he would be there .. He was there on time .. Marcio and his team are professional .. polite .. thorough .. they made me feel confident that they were knowledgeable of what they were doing .. they did a excellent job .. thank you for leaving my home spotless and for taking the time to explain how to care for my new floors .. they look beautiful .... The kitchen floor looks wonderful. I had a had a very helpful and professional salesperson and purchased stock on the store floor for a great price. The installers did a great job putting down the floor. I must say they did excellent work.
