Poor customer service with multiple problems during the transaction, wrong deliver then missing items and not a single apology. I purchase the wood on October and the job is still not complete and we are now 12-31. Will never purchase from this company again.

No communication and coordination with measurement and sales and installation. Store Manager is no good.,and cooperative with costumer.

I was in store on November 30th and ordered carpet that I was told was "in stock" for my size room. Approximately a week later, after the room was measured I got a call letting me know that not only did I owe more money based on the new measurements (which is amazing to me as I measured the absolute largest points of my room - I was conservative), but the carpet actually was not in stock and needed to be ordered. At this point I wanted to cancel my order, as I was told from the start that I would have carpet before Christmas, which I'm hosting. The salesperson called and found out that the carpet could be delivered to Worldwide by 12/16, and they could install for me on 12/19. I was still not very happy based on the fact that I was told initially that this carpet was in stock. But, I decided to go with it. Today, I got a phone call telling that there were delays and my carpet would not be in until Tuesday, 12/22 and cannot be installed before Christmas. Today was the very first apology that I received through this entire debacle and I was offered nothing other than a refund. The "there's nothing we can do" attitude of this place has floored me as they have come recommended by my family members that have used Worldwide many times. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again and after I spread that word, I can assure you that my family members won't either. Thank you Worldwide for ruining my Christmas!

I picked and ordered my rug with Rob within 30 minutes. Maurice did a great installation, on time and efficient. He and his crew worked very hard.

I have nothing but praise for both Art (measuring) and Don (installer), they were both professional, efficient and communicative. Unfortunately, sales and customer service were uncommunicative, couldn't be bothered with follow up and had no care for my concerns regarding several delays.

When we had an unexpected last minute change in plans with the color for the walls- Alex allowed us to exchange runner colors on an already delivered piece of carpet without a problem! I wanted a small amount of tile between my dining room and kitchen since the carpet there was heavily used. Denise in the Edison, NJ store designed something great for me and Matt the installer was skillful, neat, and quite personable while doing the installation. He called before he came and was on time.
