Pros: sales process was excellent, wide selection; installers came early, worked full days, got a lot done in a short time Cons: communication issues with install team, I wasn't informed the vinyl floor I ordered wouldn't work in one space until well into the project, nobody came for 2 days and didn't tell me why until I reached out to them. Note that Worldwide is exchanging the vinyl for wood at no additional charge.

Although the carpet they brought in was not the size as the tag said on the install date, and I have to run back to the store to discuss about exchange . I think that's some else mistake, not the people who served me .In fact the whole service except this is good, the sale lady,the install guys are nice and good and helpful.So I still give them 4 stars.
