Our salesperson was Janice. She was instrumental in every part of the process. What really impressed us was when we had an issue during the installation. We notified Janice immediately, and once again she followed through, taking ownership of the issue and putting forth a strong effort to rectify it. She is fantastic and we will be going back to her for all of our flooring needs in the future. -Ojas and Veena Mehta

My husband and I were moving and needed bedroom carpeting, kitchen floor tile, a kitchen backsplash, bathroom floor and shower tile as as well as a dining room area rug. We were recommended to World Wide Flooring in Lawrenceville, N.J. and specifically Suzette Stoddard. Suzette made what could have been a difficult situation involving many decisions the easiest and most pleasurable experience. She knows her stock and has fantastic taste so we never wasted any time wandering around the store. Suzette was able to take us directly to areas where she helped us make wise choices. We would not shop any other place. Thank you Suzette. In addition their delivery people and installers were always on time and efficient. Irene and Michael

Installation crew was terrific, professional, on time, showed great concern for required details. Helpful and pleasant, answered questions and Sales team has a we do not care attitude as to say well if you dont buy someone else will. Nearly caused me to go other supplier as I expect professional service with knowledge of products to be provided.
