I had ordered a pair of shorts a while back and the shorts ended up ripping on both sides at rugby practice. Jess from the world rugby shop contacted me and was extremely friendly and understanding. In a matter of minutes, the team have sent me a new pair of shorts. Thank you to everyone at the world rugby shop and due to incredible customer service, everything we buy rugby will be from this place!
