Hello, Not only do you use a name which doesn't exist on our site as a user, you don't even mention the item you are asking about, nor have you bothered to spend 60 seconds of your time to contact our support on ANY channel readily available to you (if you are an actual cutsomer) - Live chat, tech tickets, support email. I'm really sorry to read such slanderous reviews with absolutely no reason and 0 information. - Do you think there's a reason we are the #1 GPL site in the world, ranking 1 for over 3 years in a row, beating #2 about 5X times in global web ratings? (https://ibb.co/8x0WGP5), providing maintenance and support of the highest standard, work with our (sensible, respectful, reasonable) customer-base to provide them with the best experience possible. Hello Khaled, I'm really sorry to read such slanderous reviews with absolutely no reason. I will go ahead and address your remarks one by one. - Regular updates: Updates are processed every single day (https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/) but they are not immediate, we are a GPL-license distributer with over 6,500 items and yes you need to be slightly tiny bit minimally patient with updates given the very small price you paid for a 6,500+ premium items access with no restriction. Do you think there's a reason you are the only customer in 5 years and over 100,000 users to complain about this? Or would you be open to considering that given the fact 1 (ONE) single item costs triple what you paid if bought directly, for ONE single year, costs triple what you have paid for 6,500 unlimited access? Do you think all (literally all) other users may think that's enough of a benefit and reason to be slightly patient? - You utilize your membership fully to download over 30 premium items on our platform (https://ibb.co/x6jv0yQ). Combined, these items would have cost you approximately $6,000 to purchase directly (for one single year), and then you come here to slander our business and complain about updates pace? Honestly Khaled I sometimes wonder how people can even be bold enough to do this. - Do you think there maybe is a reason that you are almost the only such reviewer complaining about such things? (And not even MENTIONING which items you'd like updated and don't even bother to contact support ask for them directly before coming here abusing our business). - Do you think there's a reason we are the #1 GPL site in the world, ranking 1 for over 3 years in a row, beating #2 about 5X times in global web ratings? (https://ibb.co/8x0WGP5) - Reviews: That is pure slander. We work tirelessly, very hard and diligently to provide you with the largest database of GPL items on the worldwide web, providing new items, updates, maintenance and support of the highest standard, work with our (sensible, respectful, reasonable) customer-base to provide them with the best experience possible - hence our reviews are 5-stars, since that's what (actual) people think of us, and what we deserve. Your venomous review won't change that and your slanderous accusations of "not genuine" reviews will be handled legally with TrustPilot. If instead of just writing slander and purposely hurting our business reputation and damaging the efforts we've put for years to built, you ACTUALLY wish to resolve your problem/issue and have me update the items for you personally (the ones you need so impatiently and can't wait for), then feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] and I will do my very best to provide the update immediately to your complete and utter satisfaction to resolve whatever inconvenience you are facing. Regardless, we will keep serving our loyal customer base with the best and highest standard of service like we always did.

Hello, After 5 years in business and 80,000+ customers we thought we've seen it all, but people do not seize to surprise us with their ignorance. So the client above had decided to avoid purchasing a license from a certain firm from their site for $200, but decided to get a premium web development plugin from us for $4. Then, they had messaged us for support asking "Where is my license code???", to which we have replied that they did not buy a license ($4!), a fact we clearly state on our site, they gave gotten a GPL licensed product which is fully working, a license is only needed for updating and is not required at all in this item's case, explaining that they can use the actual item with no issues nor restrictions. The customer did not respond even once, with even one single detail about what ACTUAL issue they are having (simply because they are having 0 problems). So all in all, the client purchased a $4 fully working premium product from a third party GPL website, expected some sort of license (that would have cost them $200 online), gotten immediate support for every message, failed to answer any questions, and went slandering/abusing our business with no reason on TrustPilot. "Cracked licenses" may be "ok" or "not ok" based on your own decision/opinion, none of what we sent is cracked and here's our license data for reference: Relationship between the General Public License and its full applicability, eligibility & enforcement on WordPress products: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/getting-started/wordpress-licensing-the-gpl/ Our full on-site licensing data: https://worldpressit.com/pdfviewer/gpl-legal/ https://worldpressit.com/gpl-copyrights-dmca/ Our Legal / Law Firm Certification & Endorsement: https://worldpressit.com/gnu-gpl-compliance/ https://worldpressit.com/pdfviewer/gpl-legal/ Our DMCA.com Fully verified and approved DMCA certification: https://www.dmca.com/site-report/worldpressit.com https://www.dmca.com/Protection/Status.aspx?ID=a491153f-e503-4188-86c0-9f65b308ae94&refurl=https://worldpressit.com/ We will of course keep serving our loyal customer-base with the best items and highest standard of service & support, unfortunately some people have 0 sense, 0 understanding what they are buying, 0 comprehension of how much they are paying and for what, and 0 respect towards businesses.
