Hi "Junk" (..), firstly the information you provided on our info request was false/wrong hence we currently suspect that you are not a real client but a competitor trying to hurt and slander our business. 1) We have 6,500+ items, access to all of them together forever (for lifetime) costs LESS than access to ONE single such item's license, for ONE single year. YES OF COURSE it takes some time to update items, that's normal, you pay (or paid, if you are an actual customer) a tiny amount for extraordinary benefit and access, we update as fast as we can and do the very best we can but yes you might need a tiny little bit of patience. Running to TrustPilot writing false information & 1 star reviews after getting such incredible benefit, because there's probably a single item it takes us some time to update, is not the sensible, correct, right or respectful way to do things. There's nothing in this review but an attempt to abuse and slander the business. I am saddened to see that people buy such access for tiny prices, get the full benefit of their access, a value they couldn't get anywhere else, get immediate support and assistance, save thousands of dollars and get premium items and features, then with 1 item delay run to spread their venom online to hurt the business reputation. Of course not even mentioning their customer ID / Order ID, providing false data upon inquiry and don't even bother to mention the item they need updated. Simply because there's one single goal for this review - hurt and damage the business. If you are a real customer and there’s a genuine wish to resolve this and an update of some specific item would help delete or alter this horrible review you decided to leave, please contact me directly at [email protected] We will keep working hard at acquiring, maintaining and updating our items, serving our loyal customer base with the highest level standard of quality and best level of support.

Hello, firstly, looking at your 'glorious' TrustPilot profile which is full of your 1-star appreciation to all other business, I feel a little honored to get an extra star. We had replied to your every message, immediatelly, in a timely manner including on weekends, explained to you how things work, how the items' functionality is performed, and what exactly you get, including a click by click video to explain how the pro widgets are used and shown. I assume that wasn't enough for you to avoid going to TrustPilot to defame/slander our business and hurt our reputation which we work very hard for years to maintain. If it can help change your mind about the review or experience, I'd highly appreciate if you replied to any of our actual messages ([email protected]), as I'd be very much willing to resolve the situation to your liking and full satisfaction if that's possible.
