I purchased a bundle of five plugins, including Review Bucket. Initially, the Review Bucket plugin did not work and had no valid licence, making it unusable despite correct installation and troubleshooting.
I contacted customer support and dealt with Patrick, who apologised and offered two free plugins as compensation. At that point, the response felt fair and the issue appeared to be acknowledged.
However, this was later reversed, with support stating the plugin was “working,” despite it clearly not functioning on my setup. This back-and-forth caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and the issue was dismissed rather than properly investigated at first.
After escalating the matter and making a formal complaint, the situation was eventually resolved. While I appreciate that it was addressed in the end, the process undermined confidence in both the product and the support workflow.
Resolved after complaint, but the experience highlights the importance of clearer licensing, more consistent support responses, and better first-line issue handling. would be five star else

They say they provide support but they never respond
I bought a plugin and initially it didn't work. At first, I didn't receive a response from support, which was frustrating. After leaving a review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me, refunded my order and provided a new version of the plugin that now works properly. I appreciate your willingness to resolve the situation and your customer service.

Hello, firstly, looking at your 'glorious' TrustPilot profile which is full of your 1-star appreciation to all other business, I feel a little honored to get an extra star.
We had replied to your every message, immediatelly, in a timely manner including on weekends, explained to you how things work, how the items' functionality is performed, and what exactly you get, including a click by click video to explain how the pro widgets are used and shown. I assume that wasn't enough for you to avoid going to TrustPilot to defame/slander our business and hurt our reputation which we work very hard for years to maintain.
If it can help change your mind about the review or experience, I'd highly appreciate if you replied to any of our actual messages ([email protected]), as I'd be very much willing to resolve the situation to your liking and full satisfaction if that's possible.

Some work some dont
The membership is well worth it, a number of the plugins dont work though or at least not to the full function and when you requests updates they dont always get done as they just have so many.
Overall I would recommend it out of all the plugins I have tried I do have one installed which actually works great.
I think this platform is good but should be more clear that all plugins are not updated or even a marker on the ones that are not going to be updated then when you find things dont work its not a disapointment.
I would recomend it however as the value for money is there but I would not recommend going full on with a membership just because you have seen one plugin that may or may not work. If there is a couple then 100% its worth it.
They do offer other things with the membership such as back links which I cant comment on as I have not had the results as of yet from it.

Hi Peter, while I appreciate the positive remarks, I'm very sorry to see a 3-star review from you.
1) "A lot of plugins don't work" - In our history of over 60,000 users, we have never had this voiced. The absolutely vast majority of our items work perfectly, some may require slight settings/manual tweeking depending on the item and the way it works.
2) Updates get done in the absolute fastest capcity possible (https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/) but timeframes can never be guaranteed. Please keep in mind the fact one single actual license purchased for one single item for one single year, costs the amount of money you'd pay for a lifetime (!) membership to 6,000+ premium products on our site. We do expect users to understand the absolutely insane benefit they are getting here and not expect one-day updates for 6,000 items.
I am very sorry to see a review like that stating information such as this and ending up with a 3-star. We do work extrememly hard to deliver unbelieveable value to our clients for very low and sensible prices, coupled to first-grade support.

Support is not good, the product doesn't work
Support is not good. I bought JNEWS theme but can't import theme. Support teams help but nothing is done. When I want to get money back, and there is no answer via e-mail.

GPL done right, with some basic live support.
I did research into the GPL claims, and they seem to be true. You can edit/redistribute GPL source code 100% freely. But the author's trademarks and intellectual property (logos, brand names) still belong to the respective owner. WPIT seems to be very clear about what they are doing, unlike most other sites. GPL software code distribution is different from other software license where you are usually not allowed to "crack" or redistribute it without express permission (e.g. Microsoft Office) .
I only wish they offered 1 year of updates vs 6 months (the FAQ says 1 year, but some product description say 6 months). They try to upsell "lifetime" updates for $4. But obviously if you just need to buy 1-2 plugins at a time, this is not needed. If the plugin helps you, and you need support, then you can go to the original author and buy it.
The Elementor Pro pack was pretty good though. Like $15 for Elementor Pro + several Elementor addons + lifetime updates. They could have some other packs like this. Or you buy a couple of plugins as a combination set. It seems like these type of sites really want to push you towards yearly/lifetime memberships....although their lifetime membership might be worth it. People do want to test some scripts first before plunging in.
Live chat is helpful. It was part of what made me take the plunge. Been about 6 months and their client portal is still active and not disappeared. Live chat still answers questions.

Hi Jon, I appreciate your positive review and detailed experience overview.
The reason 6 months of updates are offered instead of 1 year is the cost of acquisition, maintenance and support. Providing premium items for 4 dollars, with a full year of updates is significantly less sustainable, as while we do our best to provide items for convenient prices, we do have a business to run and pay for :)
Note that the lifetime plan (https://worldpressit.com/pricing/) is a convenient one-time payment for lifetime access to our entire repository INCLUDING updates for life. Yes the price is higher, but it is still mostly lower than 1 (!) single item purchased with a full license, for a single year (and we have 6,000+ items and lifetime access/updates/support).
It is a very common (and understandable) practice to buy a couple of items for usage & testing before committing to memberships, entirely normal for the vast majority of our users.
I do appreciate, once again, the positive points you mentioned and we'd do our best to keep serving you with the highest standard of products & support, to possibly turn that 4-star into a 5.
