Nulled plugins that do not work
I purchased two different plugins that are completely useless because it won't allow you to activate the plugins using nulled versions. All I get is "WARNING YOU'RE USING A NULLED VERSION OF THIS PLUGIN, PLEASE PURCHASE A LICENSE FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR"
I've sent screen shots as proof, but their Customer service is non existent and just ignore my messages.
Obviously to stingy or can't afford to refund 10 miesly dollars.
You're better off just purchasing the plugins from the genuine authors!
Going by the replies to the other bad feedback below, he sounds like a right bright spark and really mature lol. Bless

We would have been happy to resolve any problems for you or refund the order if there were a genuine actual issue, yet going to TrustPilot barraging / taking it out on the business seemed like the better option it seems.

Looks like people just get more and more stupid. They buy a $4 fully working product form a third party GPL reseller and expect full $200 worth license keys. I mean, what the hell seriously? We work hard to deliver the very best level of service, support and items but we can't cater to people like that that don't even bother asking a single question or checking the actual functionality before coming here to lie and abuse the business for their fully working tiny 4 dollar order.
- The various WordPress Themes/Plugins are either purchased from the authors in the past, or gotten with agency licenses if they have such, or they are gotten from our various trusted sources and partners.
- Branding is used to reference the item and clarify the origin of the source code for informative purposes to the end user. The items are all GPL licensed, hence you would not get any sort of license keys (which are gotten from the original open source source-code authors for full price) nor author support or access to their site or API (obviously, as the purchase isn’t made from them).
- The items should perform fully as per the GPL licensed code and updates would be received from WPIT (that’s us) via automated emails with login & download links as soon as we update the products.

Misleading Marketing and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased Yoast SEO Premium from WorldPress IT, lured by their claim of "100% Original - All Premium Features Included." However, my experience with their product and customer service was anything but satisfactory.
**False Advertising:**
From the outset, it was clear that the product did not deliver on its promises. The first two premium features I attempted to use, including the AI function, were not available. Despite their bold marketing claims, the product did not include all the features that come with the standard Yoast Premium subscription.
**Misleading Information:**
When I reached out to customer support, I was told that the AI function is a "COMPLETELY SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION" and would not work with their version. This was blatantly false, as I was able to use all features, including the AI function, with the original Yoast Premium subscription I subsequently purchased directly from Yoast. This discrepancy reveals that WorldPress IT's product does not align with their advertised claims.
**Unprofessional Customer Service:**
The customer service experience was equally disappointing. "Patrick Humenitas", the support representative, was dismissive and unprofessional in his responses. Initially, he refused a refund, offering a replacement instead. After my persistent but polite requests, he finally agreed to a refund but did so with a condescending tone, advising me to avoid future purchases from them and buy directly from the author at full price.
**Ethical Concerns:**
The entire experience raised serious ethical concerns about WorldPress IT's business practices. Their approach seems to rely on misleading marketing and exploiting legal loopholes to sell subpar products. This is not only unprofessional but also dishonest.
**Conclusion:**
I strongly advise against purchasing from WorldPress IT. At least in my case their product did not meet advertised claims, and their customer service is both unhelpful and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and buy directly from original sources. I will certainly be avoiding WorldPress IT in the future.

Oh wow how much bullshit in one review (sorry for the wording but this is insane, we are providing services for over 5 years and never had a nut case like this one). The person purchases a $4 product from a third party GPL site, fully working except one (EXTERNAL) feature, then they get FULLY REFUNDED upon request, and THEN they go bullshitting on Trustpilot spitting their venom with a huge review? Some people are just legit brainless disrespectful silly people, and unfortunately as much as we work hard to deliver the best service and support to everyone, some are just lost cases like Mr "blah blah long review for my $4 product" crying baby above. I wish the user strong health, and quick mental recovery.

Hello, if you are having a certain activation or support issue, TrustPilot reviews are not the right address or place to express them. You don't just buy a tiny $4 item, get some trouble and decide it's not working. Yes you need to make a couple additional steps to make it work, and yes we are more than happy to help and assist you had you contacted us on regular normal support channels like all other clients do (Live chat on the site, emails, tech tickets or transactional email replies).

I bought a plugin and initially it didn't work. At first, I didn't receive a response from support, which was frustrating. After leaving a review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me, refunded my order and provided a new version of the plugin that now works properly.
