What a experience, I purchased a clearence patio set from your store in Albuquerque Westside. I understood they didn't have two additional chairs in stock one in SF which is 60 miles away and the other in Albq on Manual. I made trip to pick that those chairs. At those stores I was treated like a customer and they were very polite on knowledgeable. Upon having to return back to the westside store they never got the order right. I wanted one in box which was never placed on hold. I had to purchase the one off the floor and which was a mistake on their end then when picking it up. The manager and I believe to so called asst had a attitude told me that they don't pull things off the floor for customers, the same day. That was so ignorant, I told her to train her employees not her customers which will be the last time I purchase from that store EVER AGAIN! I guess business is so good they treat their customers like crap. Let's see how long they last. The night before I personally saw the manager load a clearance sofa off the floor for a couple. Also took the sales person away from helping me to help her. Thats just rude.

I will never purchase from World Market again. I bought 4 counter stools which took a very long time to arrive. I called back to return (too large) the day of delivery. It then took me 3 phone calls and a month to have them picked up. I called this morning to check on my return credit. Still no credit and customer service advised me to continue to call back for the status. When I asked that they email me to confirm,she said they can't. WHAT company does not email to confirm credit? What an unnecessary hassle and waste of time! Terrible.

1st, I tried to cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing it and, 2 weeks before it even left the warehouse. They said there was no way for them to cancel it. They have no communication between the warehouse and the order center. In this digital era, I find it hard to believe. 2nd, it arrived with incorrect parts. And it's been a week since I submitted the complaint and the replacement parts have still not shipped. If they had great customer service, they would have offered expedited shipping. It's been a week and the parts have not left their warehouse! This is ridiculous.

I will NEVER buy from world market again. Buyer beware! Wood Adirondack chairs.. peeled and cracked all over in less than one year. When I brought this to the store’s attention. They argued with me for almost an hour and put me thru the ringer. This level of product quality and customer service is completely unacceptable! A complete waste of my time and money.

I ordered 100 canned of Nuri Spiced Mackerel in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. But when they ship, they ship in 10 separated packages took over a week long to complete received the order. The first day of receiving first package, They send me different product not what I was order. I notify immediately, but over a week long keep send me wrong product. And trying to stick me with the wrong product and refused to refund my money. Also told me to donate it if I don't want it.

I ordered over $300 of chocolate and specialty sauces from their website. I emailed them before shipping to make sure to include ice packs or dry ice, as I didn't want $300 of chocolate to be melted in transit. Needlesstosay, there were NO ice packs or dry ice included in the box while being shipped in near 90-degree weather. All 10 glass bottles had absolutely NO bubble wrap or protection whatsoever. All 10 glass bottles were literally thrown into a cardboard box raw and unprotected, mixed in with all my nearly expired and melted chocolates with zero protection. My toothbrush receives more protection from Amazon in shipping. I will be returning the entire order in store, or filing a charge back. Plus, half a dozen items were out of stock even though it said in stock on their website. Terrible experience and very bad first impression. Now I have to drive 2 hours roundtrip at $5 gallon gas to return at their Ann Arbor, Michigan location. Never again! I should have listened to and trusted my instincts not to order from them. Lastly, some of my expensive chocolates were set to expire in 10 days at the end of the same month I ordered them (May 2026)! Truly outrageous and unacceptable. This is how they treat their customers who are willing to spend over $300 blind-buying various food items from their website. I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews.
