Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Everything about the purchase was great, helping me find what I wanted. Lower rating is due to the shipping company they use. Small amount of damage to property, delayed shipping, and horrible communication.

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the freight company that a warehouse uses, but we can definitely forward your complaint against the freight carrier they chose for your order and request they not be used in your region.
