We're glad you're loving your new ladder rack! Please don't hesitate to contact us if anything is ever missing from the box. If we had known, we would have let the manufacturer know to send you the hardware you needed. It's always our pleasure to be the middleman for you. Enjoy your rack, and by all means send us some pictures to let our team see how it looks on your truck!

The service was excellant
The service was excellant, the shipping was quick, and the correspondence was great. The door locks are a very nice addition. However, the side door kit bonds quite frequently, I believe she to flex from the side barn doors. And there is no visible adjustment that I can see for the doors gap. But that's a Chevrolet problem and not the sellers. The seller was great!

Thank you so much for the kind words about our service! We'll get in contact with the folks over at Slick Locks and see if they can recommend anything to help out with those side barn doors.
