Oh no! We are so sorry to hear your package was damaged in transit. Please don't risk rust damage to your vehicle by installing this on your van. We would be happy to arrange for a reshipment. We're terribly sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with WVE. After researching through emails, we found you were sent a quote on Friday 7/31. It appears you replied to that email after hours, but our representative followed up Monday morning with a revised quote. While we of course understand that many of our customers need their equipment urgently and sometimes make exceptions, we do not require our associates to work outside of office hours/on weekends. We also make a point not to pressure any of our customers into purchasing a quote and just encourage our customers to contact us with questions or if they'd like help completing the purchase. It looks like you did call in to purchase the quote that same day. We're sorry for the misunderstanding, but hope you will give us another shot in the future.

We're so sorry to hear your van was broken into. Unfortunately, we don't have any email from you regarding the locks, just an email on 7/27 after your order was already placed asking about shipping times. We replied the same day but received no further correspondence, so perhaps there is a misunderstanding. We can assure you that our customer service team is only here to help our customers. They do not work for commission and have no incentive to sell equipment other than to help our customers with their storage and equipment needs. We will reach out shortly to get some more info from you so we can work with Slick Locks to see what went wrong here and go from there. Again, we're terribly sorry your vehicle was broken into and we hope we can help you with what we can only imagine must be a very frustrating experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the price of the merchandise you purchased. We do our best to offer competitive pricing, but if you find the same part somewhere else for a lower price, please let us know! We have a policy to meet or beat competitor pricing as long as they are an authorized dealer. Every year, make, and model of vans vary a little in their dimensions. Our website uses the images given to us by the manufacturers. We will forward your complaint to the manufacturer of these products and let them know there is an issue right away. Thank you for making us aware. If your tank rack cannot be mounted in the back on the driver side, many of our customers like to mount theirs in front of the passenger side shelf, facing the doorway. This is much easier to access from outside of the van.
