Thank you so much for your feedback. It was our pleasure helping you, and we hope your experience with the freight company doesn't keep you from enjoying your equipment. We'll forward your comments along to the warehouse that shipped your order so they can bring your concerns to Ward directly and hopefully find a way to prevent something like that from happening again. We've also begun a new process of following up with tracking orders after they've been shipped so we can catch an issue like this before any major delays.
