The shelves are cheaper quality Cost versus quality is very far apart I would not recommend the shelving to anyone in the market

We are saddened this occurred. We offer dims on our page to help costumers make informed decisions. We also encourage calling in to speak to our staff before purchasing to ensure fitment of the equipment. Upon inspection, we noticed your toper cabinets flare out and the rack is made straight without flare to accommodate that extra space needed to clear. Moving forward, we will bold our page to state, "if needed, contact WVE to ensure fitment".

We always appreciate and learn from the feedback we receive from our customers. We noticed your order was placed and shipped within 3 business days. We provided tracking information on Nov 16, 2021 and see the ETA is set for December 1, 2021 as shown on the carriers website. We also noted you emailed us today to ask for an update on your order and a reply was sent within minutes. Holiday seasons can cause delays; its something we have no control over. Still, we apologize you feel this way and thank you for your time in sharing your experience.

Took forever to ship and updates are sparse unless you reach out to them. Edit: Yes I was told it would take a while to ship, I’m still rating it a 3 star because a month and a half is kinda ridiculous in this day and age. Also the responses I got from my emails weren’t exactly helpful. Overall the response I got from this company was “I shouldn’t complain since I had the information”.

We noticed the day you placed your order, a customer service representative advised via email that your order would be delayed and also advised a shipping lead time. We also noted you emailed before the time frame provided and again you were provided with the same time frame initially given. Your order shipped within the time frame initially provided. There isn't much feedback we can provide before the shipping lead time is up. Finally, we see that all your emails were answered in a timely manner. We very much apologize you feel this way. We agree with you, in this day and age orders and deliveries should be speedy. However, the world is still recovering from a pandemic wherein many industries, i.e. manufacturing were heavily impacted. You were not only advised of the delay but also were given the right to cancel at any time. We learn from all feedback provided, and we will make sure to highlight our delayed lead times in our future emails to customers. Thank you for your feedback.

your better off not reading the directions and just use common sense. They sent me 3 separate packages with different hardware in each and different directions in each. The one package had L brackets in it with instructions for install but didn't explain what they were for listed for my van make/model. It turned out they weren't even needed for my set up. They also gave incorrect instructions on what screws to use.

The ladder rack is not going down very well When I buy the kargo Master ladder Rack, I order for my 2016 Mercedes Benz sprinter cargo vans 2500 standards roof, the ladder Rack is not go down very well, is higher, I no say nothing because reading the contract send to me en this contract kill me, if I return open the box is no posible return, and I need to pay all return cost Is a disaster the situation but I call and call and call and call and do not respond anybody

We have a handful of customer service representatives here who I have requested their call logs from and do not see your number on file, nor did I note a voicemail left. I am not really sure who you may have contacted. Our customer service team and techs are always answering calls ready to help any customer. I very much apologize you did not like your ladder rack. I will have a customer service representative reach out and see how we can be of assistance. There are times when self installations go wrong and due to a customers unwillingness to call or email the whole installation goes off track. In any case, we will gladly reach out to you and see if we can help turn this experience around so that you are content with your ladder rack. Ratchets are not made to correctly fit roof rack. Engineer didn’t seem to care or even understand the problem.
