Very helpful and professional! We are a college based out of Texas and the two individuals that helped me were outstanding!!! This is the first time we used Work Van Equipment and they went above and beyond customer service. On my second order that I placed online, I received a call from Work Van Equipment verifying that what I was ordering was not the same type of material as my previous order. In my opinion, this person took that extra initiative to make sure we placed our order correctly. Thank you so much Barbara and Erick for making my buying experience the best!!!

Order fulfilled correctly and quickly. Cheapest site I found online but the shipping costs hurt a little bit. Other sites probably factor in their free shipping to their prices, but still considering the fact, this was the cheapest place to get my shelving. Install took some time but wasn't that hard to do.

Customer service and product(s) were excellent. Shipping and notice of shipment could use improvement. The actual driver who delivered the product was excellent... KUDOS

i am very dissatisfied with the Kargo Master Package I purchased. When I called to order the package over the phone. I spoke to the Salesperson and specifically informed him that I had purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect Van for my son and wanted to be positively sure that the package(KB-TC-46TCL) would be compatible and bolt up directly to this vehicle before l purchased package. I was assured that they came factory built for this particular vehicle. On 11-22-2019, One of my employees spoke to a representative and his supervisor about the having an imense difficulty in installing shelves. He informed us that a few days after order was placed, there were additional parts necessary for installation. When I (Roberto Carrasco-Owner) spoke to saleperson, he did not mention this. Your company has been very deceptive in providing a remedy to resolve this issue. We were misled and l would appreciate an honest reply and answer. Theshelves dont even bolt up or fit with the appropriate locations. The Partition was the only item that did fit. Please respond with an appropriate answer and remedy.
