The rack looks like it's going to be pretty nice if I ever get the bolts to install it....to be quiet honest I would say everyone at your company were very nice and very helpful.. .but the shipping company your company used were at ground ZERO.everyone I spoke with their were a. Holes and both the boxes were totally damaged and missing the bolts....for this reason I dont think I will order from you again.

Screw Storage
I was looking for something to put all the specialty screws I bought on clearance at a big box store. The price was better than anywhere on the net and customer service was excellent. I talked to Barbara on the phone and she was eager and willing to help through the entire process.
