customer service is outstanding!!!

Great Product, unfortunately it was sent and was short several bolts needed to install. We were able to pick what we needed up at the local hardware store so it was not an issue. This is the only reason I rated this a 4 and not a 5 Thanks for your reply, but i did not have time to wait for you to go through your process and send me correct bolts, i would have thought you would know you needed x number of bolts for the vehicle you sold the product for, my bad for assuming that.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery and superior products

Fast professional service. Thank you for being very efficient through these difficult and trying times.

Package arrived quickly, and packed well. Kit was quite easy to install and fit great, love this Slick Locks kit for Chevy vans with a sliding side door. Would buy again if need ever rises!

User friendly website and very timely delivery ladder racks. I have used them multiple times

I ordered a truck rack to go around my camper topper and the website was quite easy to navigate and find what I needed - and the price was much better than all other online dealers I could find. After calling Work Van Equipment to complete my order, the staff were fantastic in helping me and I received my order in just over a week.
