Workflow MagicReviews of workflowmagic.co

Lydia and her team are phenomenal. They got our training scheduled very quickly and met all of our high expectations regarding turnaround time. Her team is very knowledgeable of monday.com and were able to address all of our questions, concerns, etc. They gave us all of the tools, tricks, and knowledge needed to perform a full implementation of monday.com. We will absolutely be using them again in the future for additional training and implementation. Thank you, Lydia!

Got exactly what was advertised. We had a dedicated team member diligently working on building out our design. The amount of feed back and iterating was great. We really felt like a load of work was secure and on track without dedicating too much internal time to it.

Donnalyn and Workflow Magic were a real pleasure to work with. Donnalyn kept us on target and on task to ensure we were able to successfully implement Monday.com CRM in a timely manner. Her knowledge and experience expedited our progress and her personality made our implementation meetings a joy to attend. We have seen significant improvements in our ability to quickly assess our sales progress and to have critical performance metrics on a single dashboard so we can monitor our performance at a glance. I highly recommend the services of Workflow Magic and Donnalyn specifically.

Donnalyn is a rock star! We are a start-up company and needed Monday.com to serve as our CRM platform. Donnalyn listened to our needs and provided great insight to help develop exactly what we needed. It's been an awesome experience to date.

Workflow Magic has been a great partner and Victoria Cortes has been a great advisor. They have helped us to implement exactly what we asked for, finding creative ways to pull together what we needed. Now we have been able to move on to phase 2 of our project much sooner because they were so efficient in setting up a good plan from the beginning.

This was the first time that we have worked with WorkFlow Magic, but will 100% be back. We had a pretty complex workflow that had a number of moving parts, however Natasha and Victoria were able to nail it. They were very prompt in answering emails and keeping me in the loop about what was going on. This helped me feel at ease to know that it was being developed to my specifications. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall genuine concern that they had over our project. They were able to help our idea become streamlined and I honestly felt like they were a part of the team. Thanks so much for all of your help and I am excited to work with you both again in the future!

Victoria and Natasha were such a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job and put great effort into creating an effective and efficient board for our company's onboarding and training tasks. We had weekly touch points to collaborate on the vision and execution of the board. They always provided helpful guidance and answered our questions with grace. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend Workflow Magic to anyone seeking to improve business processes within their company.

Workflow Magic was the only company we vetted that came with creative ideas on how to revise our process for better efficiency. We were able to work with their team live on a weekly basis to develop a process map complete with automations. If you're looking for a solution that's more than a simple checklist, I highly recommend working with Workflow Magic.
