Workflow MagicReviews of workflowmagic.co

We enjoyed working with Mete. He was on time, professional and prepared for each of our meetings. He assessed our requirements (business rules) and provided suggestions to make it better. The implementation was smooth and progressed as planned. We're looking forward to realizing the benefits the streamlined workflows and the tips and tricks Mete provided. Only four stars due to the abrupt change in Implementation Consultants. Starting with Daniel and then transitioning to Mete.

Workflow Magic helped our team rebuild and reorganize our Monday.com workspace. Working directly with Mete, we met weekly to review what needed to be fixed and improved to develop a more effective structure. He helped create an entirely new board that better connected our workflows and increased visibility across all our teams. Throughout the project, Mete was patient and adaptable as our requirements evolved. He helped us get more value from the platform and establish a structure that better supports our team's needs.

The work moved along efficiently and effectively. Took some work to get on the same page but that was quickly resolved and then everything else fell into place. The weekly check ins were great - it ensured we all stayed on task. Mete listened carefully to our questions and followed up with getting answers.

So far the product seems good. We haven't initiated it into our business yet, but we are hopeful that it will work for keeping track of the basic tasks that we need it for to keep projects on track.

Workflow magic is no-nonsense and the team gets the work done. They keep the project moving and are true Monday.com experts, able to answer every question and create any necessary workflow without hesitation. They are steadfast on their scopes and execute them to the T, ensuring you also stay within the timeline.

Got exactly what was advertised. We had a dedicated team member diligently working on building out our design. The amount of feed back and iterating was great. We really felt like a load of work was secure and on track without dedicating too much internal time to it.

Ryan Nelson was amazing to work with. He quickly handled our requests, communicated with us frequently, and offered helpful solutions to meet our needs. The only reason I didn't rate this at 5 stars was because we would have liked a more in depth understanding of our business' processes to align to, where as some of the solutions provided seemed like they were previously used client templates with slight adjustments. With that said, we are still very happy with the work they did and would use them again in the future.
