I worked with Diego for our project. Diego was always friendly and professional. He came to our meetings prepared and was always provided very knowledgeable responses to my questions. In 8-9 hours spanning roughly a week to 10 days, Diego automated our invoicing process so that I am able to generate and send invoices to our clients with a simple click of button. The process cut at least 2 hours, probably more, out of our process because I no longer have to write individual emails to 150 people while making sure I've attached the correct invoice each time. I plan on working with Workflow Magic for future buildouts on our Monday account and would recommend them to anyone needing help with the platform!

The communication was very clear. Donnalyn is very knowledgeable about what the platform is capable of and I was able to explain to her what I was hoping to accomplish and she helped me get there. I was able to test it and she'd make adjustments so I had a product that would make my job easier.

Workflow Magic made Monday implementation so easy - our account rep Victoria was not only incredibly organized, but sweet and solutions-oriented. She not only figured out new beta features, but helped us adjust workback schedules easily. our team is stoked to move forward with these new templates.

Our implementation manager, Victoria, was great to work with! Our initial goal was to set up a CRM process which was accomplished in a timely manner with the guidance of Victoria. Throughout the project, we uncovered additional features to add to our workflow. All of the enhancements were implemented based on Victoria's expertise. She was very detailed, organized, and thorough in reviewing what we needed to accomplish and provided insightful suggestions throughout the process.
