Workflow MagicReviews of workflowmagic.co

Workflow Magic is exactly that...MAGIC. Natasha, Lydia and Victoria were amazing from start to finish. They completely customized my process and built a platform for my new company to succeed. I couldn't be happier I trusted them with my business.

Workflow Magic is MAGICAL! They helped us complete an overhaul and build out a brand-new process. This has resulted in cutting payroll by at least 15% because of all the automation that is now integrated into our process. If they didn't know how to make something work, they did extensive research to identify a solution for almost every process we've desired to have built. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your Monday.com needs.

Donnalyn was fantastic to work with, her knowledge of Monday.com and her willingness to listen to understand made it a great experience for us. She developed a clear understanding of our workflow and then helped us implement what we asked for as well as some extra functionality that we hadn't thought of, that was very beneficial in streamlining our process which saved us valuable time. Now that we have our systems in place we look forward to continued support from Workflow Magic and Donnalyn as our teams continues to adapt and strive for efficiency across our facility. I would highly recommend Donnalyn to anyone looking to enhance their teams abilities!

I had a brilliant experience at Workflow Magic. Initially speaking to the proficient and effective Founder & CEO Lydia, we set out a clear plan to improve our company's workflow, before being introduced to the lovely and hardworking team of Victoria and Natasha. Victoria and Natasha provided clever solutions to any problems that arose. I'm confident that our business has greatly improved due to their efforts, and I'm most grateful for their hard work and time.

Didn’t take long to get everything up and running. It’s very easy now for my team to track leads and for me to track where the leads are coming from and who sent them. Thank you Workflow Magic!

They have taught us so much about Monday.com and are always game to try new ideas or instruct us how those ideas will trap us in the future. Couldn't recommend them MORE!

Lydia and Donnalyn have been a pleasure to work with! Workflow Magic's revamp of our CRM platform has definitely streamlined the information process for our sales team. Their willingness to work together as a team to make our "wish list" happen is appreciated.

Workflow Magic has been amazing to work with! Eddie has been our lead point of contact in implementing our new task management platform. Eddie has listened to all of our needs and customized our Monday.com platform to fit our business structure and go above and beyond in creating the most efficient automations, saving us so much time in our day-to-day processes. He is extremely detail-oriented in successfully implementing every change we request and has even offered alternative methods that have worked wonders for us. I would 100% recommend working with Workflow Magic to help streamline any business' processes, they know what they are doing and truly make it magic!
