Donnalyn was our primary contact and assistant for getting our Monday CRM put together. She and her team did a great job with the build. Outstanding. Honestly, what we asked for really shouldn't be able to be done - we're stretching Monday to it's limits, but Workflow Magic has risen to the challenge. They are creative (I haven't heard them once say something can't be done - instead, they just figure out a way to do it), they are responsive (I don't think I've ever waited longer than an hour for a reply back to an email), and they are beyond talented. I've already told them to keep us on their calendar - once this current project is done, I plan to continue using them to further things out for our business, and at this point, I don't even think of them as a vendor - they're just part of our team.
