What is the point of siloing profiles between each and every potential employer? This system requires employees to re-enter and re-enter and re-enter the same pieces of information over and over and over. Please do not ever use this system in your HR department - it literally is a waste of time.

In the land of 'bots, this one is near the bottom. When I tailor a resume to use all of the key words (no, not ChatGPT) for a specific position, and then am immediately "cut" by Workday, there is a problem, Houston. Bottom line: companies NEVER RECEIVE the application.

Terrible. Constantly crashes and stops loading, takes 45 minutes longer to apply to a job than it would on a website like glassdoor or indeed. Worst website I've ever seen.

Potentially the worst SaaS tool for candidates. Terrible user experience. If you are an employer, I beg of you do not use this company, you will be losing out on a huge amount of candidates who simply can't log in or amend applications.

One of the most unintuitive pieces of software I have ever used, you can see from the reviews how bad it is, presumably linekd to Amazon, doesn't shock you that it is garbage then. Nothing is remembered correctly, it is basically a case of starting again every time, and even then it often does not save things properly. it really is next to useless, yet somehow these boreholes have managed to convince thousands of massive companies to use it, I wonder why? So bad, if i see I have to use it I will often stop applying for a role!

Terrible user experience every time, I would never apply for a position with a company again if it was via Workable. Cheap, out-dated tat.
