Any company that uses Workday is an instant red flag. Disgustingly bad job app platform

WORST UX, WORST WEB DESIGN, WORST UI, WORST MORONIC AUTOFILL, WORST ERROR REPORTING, WORST SERVICE - This company has SINGLE HANDEDLY RUINED the JOB APPLICATION PROCESS (used by a lot of companies). WORKDAY, JUST GO AWAY.

Have been forced to use Workday by my employer to receive work tasks and payroll details . Can not access payslips and holiday entitlements.Utter Rubbish! System crashes, passwords, security questions and PIN need to be reset every week. Does not function using face I.D or finger print I.D. Changes to profile , revert to original each time. Utter utter Rubbish!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible and unintuitive. I waisted 2 weeks exchanging mails with people just to get past a very basic thing, daily getting a different issues. Tasks randomly disappearing, my account randomly not being accessible anymore, fields not giving me options anymore and not being able to make the changes needed. Random errors too. Absolutely unacceptable. Why would anyone use this? Even the custom crappy ones that random companies make thinking they're better (they're not) at designing systems (but they have 0 experience with it) have actually a more intuitive and functional system.

Worst ever. Such a waste of time and energy. Their sign-up system is ridiculously annoying. I don't understand how such platforms are even allowed to exist on internet.

Forces you to sign up to an account you don't want and if you don't you can't apply for a job. Companies like this make the jobs market so difficult to navigate and many companies are using them without realizing how much data there candidates have to give away just to apply.

Don't waste your time. You will never get the job you are applying for by filling out a resume for this company. I have done several and received an email from this trash company telling me I didn't get the job or others were chosen.
