It feels like Workday goes out of its way to be as mildly but consistently annoying as possible. A boring layout, login screen that doesn't really progress when you hit "enter", poor use of white space, near-complete lack of visual loading bars, fairly slow response times... nothing that kills it entirely if you only use it once or twice, but man is it annoying to go through constantly while applying for jobs. Even outside of the actual application interface, similar problems persist across the site's other functions. There is also no way to discard an in progress application that I can see, which is pretty infuriating if you want it to autofill from resume and it doesn't. Overall, just a clunky mess that ends up infuriating over repeated use.

The moment I discovered that the application process utilised Workday, I immediately canceled my application, regardless of how much I desired the job. Workday's auto-fill feature proved to be utterly ineffective and wasted an immense amount of time. The entire experience and interface of the application were highly unreliable. Each time you apply for a job, you are required to fill out the form from scratch. For individuals with approximately 15 years of experience like myself, this means spending an entire day filling out forms. The auto-fill feature from the resume is incredibly exasperating, as it simply does not function properly. I implore companies to reconsider using this application platform. The flaws and frustrations associated with Workday are abundant and hinder the application process significantly. The lack of a functional auto-fill feature and the repetitive form-filling requirements create a sense of inefficiency and wasted effort. As someone genuinely interested in potential job opportunities, I found myself thoroughly disappointed and discouraged by the entire experience. It is my sincere request to companies to explore alternative application platforms that provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Relying on Workday only serves to frustrate and deter qualified candidates from completing the application process.

DISGUSTING APPLICATION.. AMAZING HOW HUGE COMPANIES USE IT AND PAY FOR IT.. IT IS JUST A DUMB FORM !.... I DO NOT UNDERSTAND... TO APPLY IT IS BETTER TO REMOVE ALL PARSED WORK EXPERIENCE.. MAY BE THERE ARE CORRUPT BUYERS IN BIG COMPANIES ?

This is most horrible piece of system I have see in my working life. Never saw an application having 95% bad reviews like this, but it is very understandable why. Everything is cluttered, counter intuitive, complicated, simply makes no sense. Every time I need to use this system, I want die.

I don't know how Workday ended up developing this absolute train wreck. The app looks like what you end up with if executives try to micromanage the product development process. The user interface, the interactions and the navigation are abysmal. It's impossible to find anything. For the love of God, hire a UX designer. Or if you have one, LET THEM WORK. I'm a pro user generally, and even I can't find my way around this app. Great way to waste employee time.
