Giving it two stars and not one because maybe someone somewhere finds this product helpful. Our department was forced on it and for our purposes at least it's worse in almost every aspect than the "outdated" system it replaced. More confusing, slower to process, no one likes it.

My experience with Workday has been less than satisfactory as a user. The poor functionality has led to inconveniences and left me with negative impressions.

It feels like Workday goes out of its way to be as mildly but consistently annoying as possible. A boring layout, login screen that doesn't really progress when you hit "enter", poor use of white space, near-complete lack of visual loading bars, fairly slow response times... nothing that kills it entirely if you only use it once or twice, but man is it annoying to go through constantly while applying for jobs. Even outside of the actual application interface, similar problems persist across the site's other functions. There is also no way to discard an in progress application that I can see, which is pretty infuriating if you want it to autofill from resume and it doesn't. Overall, just a clunky mess that ends up infuriating over repeated use.

Their product is worse to use than writing out everything by hand Why would you have to fill out 5 different fields to explain your experience with a fluent native language- only reason I can think of is poor product design. Very basic issues with taking info from a resume also.

Horrible functionality I have used Workday for a number of years now, and every single time I use it, the UI always makes it harder for me to complete my tasks. I try to avoid using this tool any way I can. It is, by far, the worst experience!

My impression is that Workday is lovely if you use it all day, every day but for occasional users it is rubbish. Systems should be easy to use and intuitive - Workday is neither of these things!

Only giving two stars. Overall this is not a user friendly interface and is very very "clunky". Try going back to the previous screen and it brings you right back to the beginning where you have to repeat all the 6 steps it took you to get to where you wanted to be. Difficult to navigate and overall poor UI. Also very buggy and likes to crash. The app is pointless as it doesn't have all the access/documents you would require.
